2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unworn and unwashed
Original tags attached
Original packaging intact
Returned within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Final sale items (clearly marked)
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
